I know, right? Not like flood or fires ever force people from their houses. Or train derailments. Etc.

EDIT:
Basic survival supplies is not some batshit idea. Even the government agrees having a 3 day setup is a good idea.

Having lived through a hurricane, an earthquake, a volcano, epic snow, and floods - I'm all for having basic survival stuff. Here, we have at least one power outage each winter that often lasts more than a day. One year, it lasted almost three weeks.

I do recommend having a method of heating food or water, though (that's not on the list) - we use a simple fondue pot with sterno. It's incredibly morale-boosting to have something warm to put in your body when it feels like the world is going to hell.
My son makes me laugh. Maybe he'll make you laugh, too.

1) The government recommend having certain supplies, including three days of food and water. This is nothing like agreeing, because that is not what you said. You said "a three day bug out bag" you'll notice that absolutely no part of government recommendations involves leaving your fucking house, or having three days worth of whatever the fuck else you think goes in that bag. I assume a high powered rifle for your hunting, because you are crazy. So yes, your "3 day bug out bag" is in fact not recommended by the government, and totally crazy.

2) Let's not even pretend that in your recommendation about survivalist blogs and everyone having survival preparation that you were talking about having a small store of food and water. You were clearly talking about training apocalypse skills like hunting, and divining water, and whatever other crazy go nuts shit you people are into. And that is mega hilarious.

My survival tactic for post apocalyptic conditions is tricking people into thinking I have food and am willing to share it back at my camp.

So, everyone has that friend who plays the guitar.

Mine is pretty damn good. And he was asking if I'd heard any pieces worth learning. I admitted I know next to nothing about music, but set him on Crossroads, with Ralph Macchio, and specifically Eugene's Trick Bag.

Yeah, that is Steve Vai there, too.
He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

Zak S, Zak Smith, Dndwithpornstars, Zak Sabbath. He is a terrible person and a hack at writing and art. His cultural contributions are less than Justin Bieber's, and he's a shitmuffin. Go go gadget Googlebomb!

"But transportation issues are social-justice issues. The toll of bad transit policies and worse infrastructure—trains and buses that don’t run well and badly serve low-income neighborhoods, vehicular traffic that pollutes the environment and endangers the lives of cyclists and pedestrians—is borne disproportionately by black and brown communities."
